Life OS Health
A private, single-user tool for collecting my own health data.
Life OS Health is a personal script that runs on my own computer. Once a day it reads my own activity, fitness and sleep data from the Google Health API and stores it as CSV files on that computer, so I can look at long-term trends in my own records instead of one screen at a time.
What it does
- Reads daily summaries — steps, distance, heart rate, sleep, and related metrics.
- Writes them to local files. Nothing is uploaded anywhere.
- Runs on a schedule on one machine, for one person.
Who it is for
Me. It is not a product, has no users to sign up, and is not offered to anyone else. It exists because I wanted my own measurements in a form I can analyse.
Data and privacy
It reads only, never writes back, and shares nothing with anyone. Details are in the privacy policy.
